You can start by joining in Sonic Meditation with Frejya Blue at 10.30am.The Crystal bowls are an invaluable tool for the therapist, learn how to use these wonderful instruments in holistic practice. Sonic Meditation blends Eastern and Western Philosophises combining ancient and modern techniques for a mind blowing effect, experience Sonic Meditation this is a wonderful opportunity to try out this type of meditation with someone who is extremely gifted and experienced at using the crystal bowls and takes meditation workshops regularly, its a real joy to take part in. Or have a reading of one of our many eminent readers.There will also be Angela Welsh, Carol Anne, Janice Cooke, Patricia Brooks, all offering a variety opportunities to have Mediumship, Spiritual Guidance,Tarot, Palmistry,Angel Readings, sometimes these skills enable people to gain insight into their life patterns and choices and can assist people in the decision making process. There will complementary therapists offering introductory treatments such as Reiki, Reflexology , Indian Head Massage, There will be aura photograhy, retail stalls aromatherapy products selling healing crystals, beautiful handcrafted jewellery, feng shui products, angels and fairies, aloe vera, there will be allergy testing available and much more.
