At 11.00am you can join the Angelic Meditation workshop with Parveen Smith. There will be talks, presentations and workshops scheduled throughout the day - these are all included in the entrance fee.
On stage we will experience Sally Garozzo singing songs from her album (12.30 to 1.00pm) then, with movement being the theme for this event or should I say sound and movement, we have a local dance company performing Nia - the original fusion fitness incorporating nine different movement-forms expressed to many types of music. Learn to love your body and dance your way to health. Aerobics for the Soul - "it's like chocolate - you have to taste it" (www.thestudiotattenhall.co.uk), they will also be offering a workshop where people are encouraged to join in (places will be limited). Also experience the Zazu Urban Dancers (on stage 2.00- 2.15pm).
