Sonic Meditation blends Eastern and Western Philosophises combining ancient and modern techiques, for a mind blowing effect, experience Sonic Meditation this is a wonderful opportunity to try out this type of meditation with someone who is extremely gifted and experienced at using the crystal bowls and takes meditation workshops regularly, its a real joy to take part in.
