Crewe is best known for the large railway junction at Crewe Station and it is also well known for being the historical home of manufacturing locomotives and the Rolls Royce motor car.
The factory on Pyms Lane to the west of the town still produces the magnificent Bentley car.
Crewe railway station is less than a 5 minute walk to our Crewe MBS venue.
Take a left out of the station and turn left at the lights and you will then see the stadium on your left.
It is also less than a mile from Crewe town centre should you wish to go out and about as part of your day or weekend in Crewe.
There is free parking in Crewe Alex car park, Disabled parking is close to the front door.
Nearest hotel is Crewe Arms Hotel opposite the station. There are many more including the Ramada Encore & a Travelodge a few minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking, there is also a Holiday Inn next to Mcdonalds.
If you are travelling some distance, Crewe Station is one of the largest stations in the North West and has a direct service to London (Euston) Edinburgh, Cardiff, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Chester, Wrexham, Holyhead for the ferry connections to Dublin Port.
There are bus services to Chester, Northwich and Winsford. Please check Sunday services depending on where you are travelling to and from.
Crewe is accessible from the A500, A530 and A534 roads, and is less than 5 miles (8.0 km) from the M6 motorway.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
From the North: Leave the M6 at junction 17 and take the A534 Crewe Road, at the roundabout follow signs for Chester into Nantwich Road, a left turn will take you into Gresty Road.
From the South: Take the A52 to A5020, at the roundabout follow signs for Chester into Nantwich Road, a left turn will take you into Gresty Road.
From the East: Take the A50 and leave in Stoke-on-Trent, joining the A500, following signs for Nantwich. Stay on the A500 until you reach junction 17 of the M6 and take the A534 Crewe Road. At the roundabout follow signs for Chester into Nantwich Road, a left turn will take you into Gresty Road.
From the West: Take the A534 into Crewe, just before the Railway Station turn right into Gresty Road.
By Train: Let the train take the strain, Crewe is commuter belt, its linked to fast rail access to major cities and its so close to the venue just a few minutes walk.
General: The Alexandra Stadium is situated on Gresty Road, which is a residential street that is located just off the main Nantwich Road in Crewe and South Street (which leads into Shavington). If lost in Crewe, look for the huge Rail House building and/or Main Stand, and you can’t go wrong & you will see the many signs.
And: Just in case you need to fly in, the closest airport to Crewe is Manchester Airport which is 30 miles (48 km) away followed by Liverpool John Lennon Airport which is 40 miles (64 km) away.
