Jenny has been a lover of yoga since age 9. In her asana class, she teaches the energetic flow of Dru Yoga and the specific skeletal alignment of Scaravelli Yoga, although her primary focus is on teaching yogic meditation.

Learn how to change the brainwaves to be more conducive to bringing a calmness for deeper mental focus and meditation by using a specific focus of breath.
