Kaye is a dedicated sound therapist and the founder of Kayesworld Sound Sanctuary, offering deeply restorative sessions using tuning forks and vibrational sound healing.
With a natural intuitive approach and a passion for helping others reconnect to their inner balance, Kaye creates a calm, nurturing space where the body can reset, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can gently return to a state of ease.
At the heart of her work are tuning forks — precise vibrational tools applied on or around the body, with each frequency carefully selected to support alignment, release and restoration. Tuning forks work by introducing coherent, pure frequencies that help to gently “retune” the body toward its natural state of harmony.
Clients often describe a deep sense of relaxation and calm, nervous system regulation (shifting out of stress and into rest), improved sleep and mental clarity, release of energetic blockages within the chakras, and a feeling of being lighter, grounded and more centred.
Kaye works with a range of tuning forks, including solfeggio and weighted forks, applied directly to the body to create a subtle internal vibration that travels through the body’s water content — around 70% of our physical form — allowing the frequencies to reach deeply into tissues and energy centres. Each session is unique, guided intuitively and tailored to what the individual needs in the moment. Kaye’s work is ideal for anyone looking to manage stress, improve wellbeing, reconnect with themselves, or simply take time out for deep relaxation and energetic balance.
Kaye’s 1:1 sound sessions are individually priced and can be pre-booked.
