Tickets and entry
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the event is cancelled by Rosemary Douglas Events. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and a full refund issued. We reserve the right to refuse entry.
Workshops and talks
Workshops and talks are included in the ticket price and are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee a place in any specific workshop. Workshop schedules are subject to change.
Exhibitors and practitioners
Exhibitors and practitioners operate independently. Rosemary Douglas Events is not responsible for the services, goods or advice provided by exhibitors. Any transactions between visitors and exhibitors are between those parties.
Liability
Rosemary Douglas Events accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury sustained at our events, except where required by law. Visitors attend at their own risk.
Photographs and video
Photography and video may be taken at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff on arrival.
