By train

Stockport railway station is approximately 10-12 minutes on foot from the Guildhall. Regular services run from Manchester Piccadilly (10 minutes), Sheffield, and throughout the North West. From the station, head south along Wellington Road South.

By bus

Several bus services stop on Wellington Road South or Mersey Square, a short walk away. Services from Manchester city centre, Cheadle, Hazel Grove and Macclesfield all pass close to the venue.

By car

The Guildhall is on the A6 (Wellington Road South), close to the M60 ring road. Junction 1 (Stockport West) and Junction 27 (Stockport East / A6) both provide straightforward access to the venue.

There is no on-site parking. Pay-and-display and NCP car parks are available in Stockport town centre, a short walk away. The Merseyway and Grand Central car parks are both within comfortable walking distance.
