Jessica Mannion is an Angelic Reiki practitioner, and she keeps her work simple and personal. She offers one-to-one consultations rather than anything staged or theatrical, and she will be at the Guildhall in September for anyone who wants to sit down with her.
What Angelic Reiki offers
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-near form of energy work where you stay clothed and comfortable throughout. The Angelic strand of it is offered in the same spirit: a calm, one-to-one session designed to help you relax and settle. People tend to come to this kind of work for a sense of ease and an emotional reset rather than to treat anything specific, and that is the honest frame for it. It is not a medical treatment and it does not replace one.
What a one-to-one is like
Because Jessica works one to one, the session is quiet and unhurried, and there is nothing you need to prepare or bring. You rest, she guides the session, and most of the work happens in the settling. If you have never tried Reiki before, a short consultation is a low-pressure way to find out what it feels like.
Something to try this week
Reiki works partly by giving you permission to stop for a moment, and you can practise that on your own. Once this week, sit quietly, rest your hands palm-down on your lap, and take ten slow breaths while paying attention to nothing but the warmth of your own hands. It is a small way of turning your attention inward and letting yourself settle, which is the same gentle state a session aims for.
Jessica Mannion is one of over 70 readers, healers and stallholders at the Mind Body Spirit & Wellness Weekend, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September 2026, at Stockport Masonic Guildhall. Her sessions, like every session across the weekend, are included with entry.
