Tickety Boom (Quantum Healing & Past Life Regression)

Nina Wyers works under the name Tickety Boom, from Stockport, just up the road from the Guildhall where she will be speaking on both days in September. She practises QHHT, the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, which means most of her work happens with someone lying comfortably with their eyes closed while she guides them inward.

QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon, and Nina uses it to help people reach what the method calls the Higher Self, a deeper and quieter part of the mind. Her sessions at the weekend are an introduction to the technique, and they finish with a short group meditation so nobody has to take her word for what that inward state feels like.

What QHHT actually is

QHHT is a form of guided hypnosis. You are not asleep and you are not out of control; you stay aware the whole time and simply follow Nina’s voice into a relaxed, focused state. The idea, as the method describes it, is that this state lets you reach insight and inner wisdom that ordinary busy thinking tends to talk over. Some people picture scenes vividly; others just get a sense or a feeling. Both are normal, and neither is a test you can fail.

Past life regression and the Higher Self

Two things tend to come up in a QHHT session. One is past life regression, exploring scenes that feel like other lives and what they might have to say about this one. The other, which Nina emphasises, is contact with the Higher Self, described in the method as the part of you that already knows the answers you are reaching for. Whether you take those experiences literally or as the mind’s own imagery, people often describe the same result afterwards: an emotional release, and a new way of thinking about something that had felt fixed.

Who comes, and why

People come to Nina for very different reasons. Some are simply curious about what QHHT is. Others arrive with a real question, about their direction, their purpose, or a difficulty they have not been able to think their way out of. Her introductory session is a gentle way to find out whether the approach suits you before ever booking anything longer, and the closing group meditation, which she calls the Crystalline River Meditation, lets a whole room settle inward together.

Something to try this week

You do not need a hypnotherapist to practise going quiet. Once this week, sit somewhere you won’t be disturbed, close your eyes, and spend five minutes slowing your breathing right down, longer out-breaths than in. Then ask yourself one honest question and stop talking. Don’t force an answer; just notice whatever surfaces in the pause. That settled, listening state is the doorway Nina works with, and it costs nothing to visit.

Nina Wyers is one of over 70 readers, healers and stallholders at the Mind Body Spirit & Wellness Weekend, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September 2026, at Stockport Masonic Guildhall. Her sessions, like every session across the weekend, are included with entry.
