Rachs Wellness Loft Reiki Master and Sound Healer
I started my well being journey by discovering Reiki during lockdown, which supported my emotional and mental health.
From there I decided to follow the path of sound healing and haven’t looked back!
My aim is to bring sound baths to as many different people as possible whether its mum and babies, families or adults. To allow them the safe space to relax, unwind and reset.
Previously I have worked for many years with foster families and have experience of the trauma and challenges people and families can face. This makes me more determined for my sound baths to be accessible for all so provide events on a corporate level, schools and community projects.
Having two girls who are now six and eight, I recognise the importance of self care and the challenges of finding time for you. I look forward to meeting everyone and will see you at the sound baths over the weekend.
